Working structure
Our organization is arranged around project delivery rather than isolated departments. Sales, technical support, production, quality control, logistics, and after-sales teams work together from inquiry review to shipment.
- Application support: reviews furnace position, operating temperature, lining condition, and material requirements.
- Production coordination: follows batch planning, forming, firing, machining, and packing.
- Quality control: checks key dimensions, appearance, packing, and inspection records.
- Export service: coordinates documents, delivery schedule, and customer communication.
