This remarkable feature makes the tuyere middle sleeve in the later stage of furnace service, when the furnace wall erodes and falls off, the middle sleeve is exposed in the furnace, and its working environment is similar to that of the tuyere small sleeve, which can withstand increased heat flow intensity and work in a safe temperature range.
COPPER COOLING PLATE
Mainly used in metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries. Blast furnace copper cooling plate is an important cooling element of the blast furnace, installed in the furnace belly, furnace waist, furnace body and other parts. Using the high thermal conductivity of copper, the heat transferred from the blast furnace to the furnace body is taken away by cooling water to protect the refractory material of the furnace body, thus prolonging the life of the furnace body and achieving high yield and low consumption.
According to the needs of users and the type of cooling plate, the water flow channel is scientifically and reasonably designed, the number of single-chamber channels is less than or equal to 6, and the number of double-chamber (double-in and double-out) channels is more than or equal to 8, so as to ensure sufficient cooling intensity and meet the requirements of prolonging the service life of the furnace body under heavy heat load conditions.
