Si3N4 bonded SiC blast furnace lining bricks

Si3N4 Bonded SiC Bricks are made from high quality silicon carbide and industrial silicon powder as raw materials sintered at high temperature by nitridation reaction. Characterized with good thermal shock resistance, good alkali corrosion resistance, good slag resistance, high strength and high thermal conductivity, the bricks are mainly used in severe parts of iron-making blast furnace, such as the lower part of stack, belly, bosh and tuyere.  The bricks have been successfully used in about 10 large scale steels such as Baosteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation in China, and also have been exported to some other countries and regions such as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, American etc.
