Graphite Block for blast furnace

The production process of graphite carbon block is more complicated. The product is batched, kneaded, shaped, baked and then graphitizedprocessed, and then processed and finely ground.   

Our company is currently the only manufacturer in China that produces graphite carbon blocks for blast furnaces. The excellent high thermal conductivity of graphite carbon block is unmatched by any carbon block. The bottom of the 5#2600 cubic meter blast furnace (layer 2) of the Second Iron Works of Benxi Iron and Steel Company and the bottom (layer 1) of the new 1#3200 blast furnace of the Iron Works of Anshan Iron and Steel Company were supplied with graphite carbon blocks. At the same time, it also produces small pieces of graphite carbon bricks (the thermal conductivity of graphite carbon bricks matches that of copper) matched with the blast furnace copper cooling plate.
