Taphole Carbon Block

DEFLAI can produce carbon composite taphole bricks and corundum furnace door bricks for submerged arc furnaces. The carbon iron mouth composite bricks produced by our company are semi-graphite-carbon-silicon carbide bricks, aluminum-carbon-silicon carbide bricks, and ultra-microporous carbon bricks. Material; the parent brick adopts one-time forming technology, which avoids the weak link formed by many joints; the iron hole is processed by high-precision CNC machine tool, which has the advantages of high precision and no trauma on the surface of the inner hole. One-shot molding, excellent material and high-precision processing effectively prolong the service life of the taphole and significantly improve the comprehensive smelting benefit.
