Quartz ceramic roller can be used as a horizontal conveying roller table in horizontal tempering furnace, silicon steel heat treatment and other production lines, because quartz ceramic roller has the advantages of high density, high strength, low high temperature deformation, smooth and delicate roller table, small radial runout, etc., so it is widely used in horizontal tempering furnace to carry and transmit glass.

(1) No deformation at high temperature. (2) The shaft head will not loosen. (3) The porcelain roller of the sticking oven is not easy to be damaged. (4) The diameter tolerance ± 0.05mm, the radial runout ± 0.10mm, and the surface roughness 0.4~1.2.
